Pinner Local History Society

This October marks 700 years since the re-consecration of Pinner’s oldest church in 1321, which probably replaced an earlier church. It was a landmark in the history of Pinner and of the church building.

At our meeting on 7 October, our well-known local historian Pat Clarke will be talking about “St John the Baptist: the Evolution of a Parish Church”.  The meeting is at 8pm, at Pinner Village Hall, Chapel Lane Car Park, HA5 1AB.  Visitors are very welcome, with a suggested donation of £3.
