Pinner Local History Society – William Heath Robinson; The Middlesex Years

3 October @ 20:00 - 22:00

Speaker                                –  Peter Higginson

The next Pinner Local History Society Talk is ‘William Heath Robinson; The Middlesex Years’ by Peter Higginson at the Pinner Village Hall on Thursday 3rd October at 8pm.

William Heath Robinson spent some of his most formative years locally, first in Hatch End and then in Pinner. It was a time that allowed him to spend a great deal of his time with his siblings, especially his brothers Tom, Charles and George.

Peter is chairman of the William Heath Robinson trust and William’s great nephew. Peter’s talk will consider how these years played a significant role in the development of Will’s artistic development, whether in his humorist or his illustration work.

Visitors are welcome: suggested donation £3.
