After a few fraught days including contacting Sean Harriss CEO Harrow Council; I have been given verbal confirmation from the Head of Strategy, Development and Performance that the concerts may go ahead this year. I also double checked by asking if it was ok to publicise the events and the answer was” yes”. I have not been informed of any additional requirements apart from another risk assessment which has been completed and submitted.
