A meeting has been arranged by the Rt. Hon. Nick Hurd MP to discuss your concerns over the increase in aggravated burglaries that have happened across his constituency.
This meeting will be attended by Superintendent Duncan Slade (West BCU) and Superintendent Claire Clark (North West BCU) and Nick Hurd will be chairing the meeting.
At least half of the 75 minutes will be dedicated to a Q&A and so there will be an opportunity for residents to put their concerns directly to the police.
If anybody would like to submit a question prior to the meeting (we are happy to forward your question to Nick’s PA.) [email protected]
The meeting is to be held at Fairfield Hall, Windsor Cl, Northwood HA6 1PD,
We understand that parking is limited. The hall is close to Northwood Hills Underground Station and H11 & H13 buses stop close to the hall.

A man has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of a shopkeeper in Marsh Road Pinner early on Sunday, 24th of March.

Gunn appeared in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 5th April. He had previously appeared at the same court on Monday, 1st April charged with burglary, theft from a motor vehicle, possession of an offensive weapon and driving whilst disqualified.
This arrest follows an investigation by detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command, Metropolitan Police.
We commend the Metropolitan Police in making this arrest, and our thoughts continue to be with the family and friends of Mr Katharkamar at this tragically sad time.
The Pinner Association have been informed that there are to be at least two major road / footway works in the Pinner area, starting on Monday 8th April (the start of the school Easter holidays). These areas will be best avoided if possible as traffic management controls / diversions will be in place.
